The Oregon State football team will be the first team in the country to wear white and orange uniforms in the 2021 season.
It comes after a year in which the team adopted a blue-and-white look and became a leader in NCAA tournament play, earning its first ever NCAA tournament berth.
“It’s been a really positive year for the team,” Oregon State head coach Mike Bobo said in a statement.
“We’re not a team who has an overnight success story like the Pac-12 or ACC, but our season is built on a foundation of consistent play and we’re going to continue to push forward on the way to the next step.”
The white and gold uniforms feature a black and white stripe that runs along the chest and shoulders, with a red and orange “W” on the front of the shorts and a white outline on the inside of the helmet.
They feature a white collar and blue lining in the back.
Oregon State has been a consistent team in terms of play, with two straight NCAA tournament appearances and two straight conference tournament berths.
Last season, the Beavers won the Pac 12 regular season title and went on to win the national championship in the NIT, but fell to Villanova in the semifinals.
In addition to the uniforms, the team will feature a new logo, a new jersey, new pads and new uniforms for the 2021-22 season.
Bobo was asked about the new look during a conference call, and said the new logo was designed to be a “big part of the team identity.”
“We’re really excited about the look of our uniforms,” he said.
“It’s a big part of our identity.
It’s a symbol of pride, of toughness, of excellence, of commitment to our community and to Oregon State.
We’ve been working with Nike for a few years now and we’ve seen some really exciting stuff that they’ve put together with the new design.
The pads are really well constructed, they have great materials. “
They’ve also put a lot of attention to the quality of the material.
The pads are really well constructed, they have great materials.
And the jerseys are really good.
We’re really happy with where we’re at with the uniforms.”
In addition, the NCAA will release new uniforms that will be available in October, which will feature the same blue and white uniform as the current uniforms.
Bobadilla is not sure what the future holds for the program, but he is confident the uniforms will stay in the program’s future.
“We have a lot more to look forward to in terms and where we want to be,” he told the Beaver State Herald.
“Our fans are very supportive of the Oregon State program, and we know that the fans will have a great time wearing the uniforms and playing in them.”
